Chris is married to Becca and they have three adult children. Chris attended Oxford and Cambridge universities and spent some time training to be a professional singer. He is also a supporter of the Ospreys and Wales Rugby teams. His great passion is teaching the Bible in a contemporary way. Sam Williams
07596 586164 sam@cc-b.uk
Sam joined Christchurch Baldock in 2019 after training at Oak Hill College in north London. Prior to Oak Hill and his move to full-time Christian ministry, Sam was a conveyancer for nine years in his home-island of Guernsey, where he also learnt to sail, surf, windsurf and respect the ocean! If the waves demand respect, how much more does their maker: “Mightier than the thunder of the great waters, mightier than the breakers of the sea – the Lord on high is mighty.” (Psalm 93:4). Baldock may be far from the sea, but the maker is close. Sam is passionate about sharing the hope that this brings.
Hannah Wijetunge
Hannah joined us in 2019 after serving as a Youth and Children’s Minister at a church in Canterbury. She studied at Cornhill for two years alongside a ministry internship and before that worked as a headhunter within the education sector. Sharing Jesus with children, young people and their families is Hannah’s greatest privilege and she is thrilled to be working alongside the wonderful teams here at Christchurch. She is also part of the planning teams for Sorted and Contagious Go East. Hannah is married to Asantha and they both consider it a real blessing to be part of the Christ centered community here at CCB.

The effect of that life giving message has never worn off, and he is so grateful to those who told him about Jesus. John and Kayoko have been blessed with a long marriage and more recently the joy of becoming grandparents. He enjoys helping in the church with evangelistic events, and sometimes with music for worship.
